We are excited to announce new ways to engage with your customers and prospects.
For B2B Business Owners, keeping track of all contacts is essential. Each contact is unique from the perspective of relationship strength, how they like to engage as well as when to engage.
Journey Analytics makes it easier to tag Contacts appropriately using Contact Dossier.
Relationship Strength:
- How do you know this contact?
- How old is the relationship?
- How frequently do you need to engage?
If you have a strong relationship with a contact due to having had this relationship for a long time as well as being connected in multiple ways, then you can leverage this to strengthen your business. Requesting referrals and introduction to prospects is easier when you have a strong relationship.
Uniqueness of Contact:
- How does this contact compare with others when engaging for business?
- What does this contact expect of this relationship?
Armed with a clear understanding of the contact’s willingness to engage as well as how the contact responds, you can refine frequency and tone of communication (formal or informal).
Timing:
- What is the timing of engaging with this contact to increase business relationships?
Despite personal relationship strength and other attributes, it is also important to know if there is appetite for engagement given external factors that influence business relationships.
